The Lights Beneath is an instrumental, progressive rock band from Jackson, N.J. Most frequently the band plays with two electric guitars, a bass guitar, full drums, and a piano, creating an experimental, modern alienation sound. While previously undergoing changes to its direction and members, The Lights Beneath’s two original guitarists put out their debut all instrumental album on Dec. 2, 2014, produced by Timmy Pannella and recorded, mixed and mastered at First Class Recording Studio, Jackson, and Lakehouse Studio, Asbury, N.J. Their intricate guitar work, displayed in All I Ever Wanted Was the Fire, is influenced primarily by Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, and Explosions in the Sky.
